Description

Ventia NZ provides asset management, road maintenance and minor capital works for the Auckland Transport Road Corridor Maintenance & Renewals: West which covers 865 km of roads. 

Scope of work

• Road Resurfacing and Resealing: Regular resurfacing and resealing of roads to maintain a smooth and safe driving surface. 
• Pothole Repairs: Prompt repair of potholes to prevent damage to vehicles and ensure road safety. 
• Footpath Maintenance: Upkeep of footpaths to ensure they are safe and accessible for pedestrians. 
• Drainage Maintenance: Ensuring proper drainage systems to prevent water accumulation and flooding on roads. 
• Vegetation Control: Managing roadside vegetation to maintain clear visibility and prevent obstructions. 
• Street Cleaning: Regular cleaning of streets to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. 
• Signage and Road Markings: Maintenance and renewal of road signs and markings to ensure clear and effective communication for road users.
