We leverage prefabrication and modular construction techniques to improve safety, reduce on-site risks, and accelerate project timelines. These innovative methods deliver superior quality, cost savings, and enhanced efficiency without compromising on durability or performance.

Our project experience

Whau Valley Water Treatment Plant (NZ)

Ventia replaced and fully upgraded a 50-year-old plant with a $30 million state-of-the-art facility to future-proof water supply for Whangārei District. The new plant processes 22 million litres per day, features advanced filtration technology, and includes a hydro generator for energy efficiency. Read more here

Bundamba Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade (QLD)

Ventia delivered a major upgrade to improve flood resilience and cater for population growth in Ipswich. Works included renewing inlet systems, installing a new sludge receival facility, odour control systems, and structural improvements. Innovations such as prefabricated switchrooms reduced installation time and improved safety. Read more here.

Burpengary East Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade (QLD)

Ventia is currently delivering an upgrade for Unitywater, including new inlet works with odour control, bioreactor and clarifier installations, disinfection system renewal, and electrical/control upgrades. This project will significantly increase treatment capacity and improve environmental outcomes by reducing nutrient discharge.

Kerikeri Wastewater Treatment Plant (NZ)

Ventia led the design and construction of the new plant, which was designed to modernise wastewater treatment to meet Kerikeri's increasing needs and replace the existing, decades-old plant. Read more here

PFAS Water Treatment Plants (VIC & SA)

Designed and operated advanced PFAS remediation plants using multi-stage filtration and ion exchange technologies for contaminated water treatment.

Lockerbie Main Sewer Project (VIC)

Ventia alongside joint venture partner Jaydo delivered the nine-kilometre-long sewer pipeline between Donnybrook and Beveridge to cater for growth in Melbourne's northern growth area.
