Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd (PBPL) has appointed Ventia the Road Corridor Maintenance Services (RCMS) contract, which includes 34km of roads, 8 bridges, 9.4km of open drains and 170 drainage structures, over 150ha landscaping and vegetation, boat ramps and more.
RCMS Contract demonstrates the strong depth of capability of the business to be able to diversify into adjacent markets to our existing Contracts such as the Road Asset Management Contract (RAMC) for the Department of Transport and Main Roads in southeast Queensland, Transurban Queensland’s Incident Response and Maintenance (IR&M) contract, and the Pavement Maintenance Services contract for the Brisbane Airport.
Ventia’s focus on Redefining Service Excellence and years of providing intentional positive stakeholder and community experiences will help ensure we deliver the best outcomes for PBPL, its tenants, customers, and the local community.
“An important aspect of delivering the RCMS is ensuring our tenants are not disrupted by any maintenance activities” said PBPL Interim Executive General Manager Infrastructure, Daniel Burley.
