Zoheb Razvi, Ventia's Group Company Secretary, has been named as the Governance Top 100 2022 winner.
The prestigious Australian-wide award acknowledges governance professionals who take their role to the next level within their organisation.
The award highlights the importance of governance professionals, with nominees including an elite field of corporate governance professionals across a range of ASX-listed companies, not-for-profit groups, government organisations, private and unlisted public companies.
Launched in 2020 by 3YS Owls Governance Consultants, Co-founder and Director of 3YS Owls, Ainslie Cunningham, said Zoheb was chosen from this year's finalists from sectors including local Councils, agriculture, banking and financial services, Government and Government owned corporations, engineering and mining, healthcare and pharmaceutical, infrastructure, sport, other professional services and manufacturing.
Ainslie said the judging panel was impressed by the calibre of this year's submissions from nominees that participated in Governance Top 100 and the ongoing commitment to enhancing governance throughout their organisation despite the ongoing challenges of workforce recruitment and fatigue presented by the pandemic.
"These awards bring governance to the fore by celebrating and recognising the individuals that are responsible for driving these initiatives.
As a finalist for 2020, 2021 and 2022, Zoheb is a true example of that, being named an outstanding achiever in 2021 as well as taking out this year's award for winner of Governance Top 100 2022.
