Ventia's BMS Motorway Response Officer Greg Cox has been recognised as the 2022 AfPA Flexible Pavement Field Worker of the year. Often first on scene prior to Emergency Services arrival, Greg delivers service excellence while working in a high risk and high-speed open road environment. From attending medical emergencies, vehicle fires, people at risk of self-harm to routine breakdowns, he performs a high profile community leadership role.
Greg sets a high standard and is truly passionate about keeping motorists safe. It's great to see him recognised for his dedication,' says Simon Kirkpatrick General Manager BMS.
Greg's performance in delivering high quality outcomes can be measured by the way he has built trust with the road user community. Since commencing employment with BMS in 2021, Greg has attracted a high number of customer compliments.
