• Accessible Workplaces: We're actively identifying and removing barriers in our workplaces, including implementing Office 360 pronouns, introducing all-gender bathroom options, and applying our Gender Affirmation and Gender Diversity Standard.
• Awareness and Education: We provide in-person and virtual workshops to educate our teams and promote a culture of inclusion.
• Recognition: We're proud to have been finalists in the Rainbow Excellence Awards, demonstrating our commitment to best practices.
• Celebrating Days of Significance: We actively recognise and celebrate days of significance to raise awareness and foster understanding.
• Collaboration: We collaborate with other Rainbow Tick accredited organiszations to share knowledge and best practices.
