We are proud to service those who serve. From the new cadet receiving their uniform for the first time, to adding a new rank to a promoted soldier or officer or helping a foreign force get ready for ceremonial events, Ventia’s tailors and support team deliver these services with passion and pride.

Across Australia’s military-base clothing stores in the lead up to important ceremonial events like Remembrance Day, Ventia teams are hard at work to ensure military uniforms are ready for action with medals on display and uniforms tailored to perfection for each member.
Remembrance Day was established after the Second World War, when the Australian Government agreed to the United Kingdom's proposal that Armistice Day be renamed Remembrance Day to commemorate those who lost their lives in both World Wars. Today the loss of Australian lives from all wars and conflicts is commemorated on Remembrance Day.
For important days like this, the uniform symbolises much more than rank and which service a member belongs to. They carry historical significance, connecting individuals to traditions and legacies that span generations and connect people with a shared history and values.
This connection can evoke pride and a sense of duty as a uniform is a powerful symbol of identity, sacrifice, and community.
Ventia has proudly been delivering uniform services for the Australian Defence Force (ADF) at over 30 Defence Clothing Stores across Australia. Lindsay Morton AM, Contract Manager Defence Retail Services says, “We are proud to service those who serve. From the new cadet receiving their uniform for the first time, to adding a new rank to a promoted soldier or officer or helping a foreign force get ready for ceremonial events, Ventia’s tailors and support team deliver these services with passion and pride”.
The ADF require many different types of uniforms. From training uniforms, combat uniforms, ceremonial dress to maternity uniforms, there are also seasonal changes and additions when a member changes rank or is awarded a medal. This keeps us busy and the numbers shown below, representing our annual achievements, demonstrate how hard our teams work to deliver these critical uniform services.
We will be adding to these numbers in the lead up to Remembrance Day to ensure all those attending services and events across the country and overseas are kitted out to perfection. We thank all members, Veterans and their families for their service and sacrifice.
We will remember them. Lest We Forget.
