Ventia’s acquisition of Broadspectrum, completed on 30 June 2020, brings together two highly complementary businesses, each with a proud heritage of providing essential infrastructure services in Australia and New Zealand.

We now begin the next chapter towards operating as an integrated business, with the launch of a combined website.

Broadspectrum, along with our telecommunications business Visionstream, has now been rebranded to Ventia. The legal entities of both businesses will remain unchanged for now.
